Most of us appreciate honesty. However, does honesty serve us better in the case of Job Interview. To my opinion the answer is yes however we must work on two aspects: "presentation" and "restrictions" before exposing our selfs in front of an interviewer with very specific agenda. And by the way, our personal problems is probably not a part in this agenda!

"Honesty With Borders" is probably better for succeeding in a job interview. After all, you can stay loyal to yourself also without exposing the entire of your personal life.
